A full front porch transformation — we framed a new pressure-treated porch structure, installed composite decking, built up the front base and skirting over masonry, added a warm tongue-and-groove wood-look soffit ceiling with recessed lighting, and finished it with crisp white columns, railings, black balusters, and stacked-stone veneer for a clean, high-end curb-appeal upgrade.

A full backyard transformation — we started by demoing the old stone-veneer steps, then framed a brand-new raised deck with pressure-treated joists and beams set on the existing paver patio. The finished build features rich brown composite decking, matching skirting with a hidden storage door, wide composite stairs, and sleek black aluminum railings with square posts for a modern, low-maintenance outdoor living space.

Backyard Cabin — Foundation to Finish
A complete ground-up build — we started with a reinforced concrete pad (pressure-treated forms, vapor barrier, crushed stone base, and a heavy-duty rebar grid), then laid a cinder block foundation knee wall around the slab. From there we framed the structure, wrapped it in cedar shake siding with a natural stacked-stone veneer base, and finished it with a modern shed roof, large black-trim windows, and a craftsman-style sage green entry door.

This Bronx flat roof was leaking and badly weathered. We cleaned and prepped the surface, sealed every crack and seam with reinforced flashing cement, then applied a fresh white elastomeric coating to waterproof the roof and reflect heat — extending its lifespan by years.
